When you request a demo, sign up, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any information you voluntarily provide about your environment. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, provision your account, and provide relevant product information.

Cloud-Hosted Platform

Parumox is a fully cloud-hosted SaaS platform. Your incident data, investigation results, and operational telemetry are processed in our secure cloud infrastructure. We do not deploy any agents or components on your infrastructure. All integrations connect via cloud APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) using credentials you configure and control.

Data Processing & Retention

Investigation data is processed in real-time to generate evidence-backed analysis for your team. Your data is never used for AI model training. Customers on annual plans can select a preferred hosting region (US, EU, or APAC) for data processing and storage. Full audit logging of every agent action and data access is available on annual plans and exportable to your SIEM.

Security & Access Control

Parumox agents operate in read-only mode by default and never write to your production systems unless you explicitly enable the Remediation Engineer role with mandatory human approval. Enterprise identity integration (SSO/SAML/SCIM) and role-based access control (RBAC) are available on annual plans. Agent teams provide full isolation between departments or customer environments.

We may use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with this website. This data is aggregated and anonymized.
